Job Responsibilities:- Achieving monthly sales/ revenue targets - Channel Expansion as per expansion plans - Channel Development through regular training/OJT’s/processes and ensure the Channel ROI - Plan activities and leads funnel for all partners and ensure its execution - Ensuring partner compliance with Sales polices of MHRIL - Follow PJP and ensure frequency of Channel Partner visits as per categorization of CP’s - Recruiting and selecting DSA manpower; training and leading channel sales force and sales representatives to ensure desired productivity - Define the revenue/ sales targets for the set of partners being handled and track/review performance - Daily/Weekly reporting as per guidelines - CP support wrt timely logins/PLC/VC and ensure business quality and yieldCandidate Specification:- Strong Channel sales Experience in Telecom/Travel/Real Estate/Insurance/Broking industry - Strong relationship and people management Skills - Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence - High Energy and Passion - High Customer Centricity - Knowledge of Markets and Vendor Management - Strong presentation and analytical skills - Should have Minimum 3 years’ experience of managing the local territory and should have managed min 5-7 partners in the current role - Willing to travel extensively
