Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing automation workflows using n8n, integrating APIs, and improving business processes. You will work closely with development, IT, and business teams to create scalable automation solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.Key responsibilities:Workflow automation & n8n implementationDesign, develop, and maintain automation workflows using n8n to streamline internal and external business processes.Create complex, scalable workflows that integrate with various SaaS tools, databases, and internal systems.Leverage n8n's low-code capabilities while incorporating custom JavaScript functions when needed.Monitor and troubleshoot existing workflows, optimizing them for performance and reliability.API integration & developmentConnect and integrate third-party APIs with n8n, ensuring seamless data flow between applications.Implement authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, API keys, JWT) for secure and efficient API interactions.Handle API rate limits, pagination, and error management to maintain workflow efficiency.Develop custom n8n nodes where necessary to extend automation capabilities.Process optimization & business efficiencyWork closely with different departments to identify automation opportunities and optimize manual workflows.Analyze existing processes and recommend automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.Develop workflow documentation and best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability.Technical deployment & scalabilityDeploy and manage n8n instances in self-hosted, cloud-based, or Kubernetes environments.Implement queue-based processing in n8n for high-volume workflows to ensure scalability and resilience.Set up logging, monitoring, and debugging tools to track workflow execution and performance.Security & complianceImplement data protection best practices, ensuring compliance with security standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001.Ensure sensitive credentials and authentication tokens are stored securely within n8n’s encrypted credential storage.Establish role-based access control (RBAC) and manage user permissions within n8n’s enterprise environment.Qualifications and experience:3+ years of experience in process automation, workflow orchestration, or backend development.Strong hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Apache Airflow.Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, API keys), and data formats (JSON, XML).Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for writing custom scripts within automation workflows.Experience deploying automation solutions in Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).Knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and how to integrate them into automated workflows.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version-controlling workflow configurations using Git.Understanding of enterprise security principles, including encryption, access control, and compliance requirements.Strong analytical skills to optimize workflows and troubleshoot automation failures effectively.Soft skills:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about automation strategies.Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.Passion for automation, process improvement, and technology.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and implementing new tools.Our offer:Remote Working: Fully remote position with flexible work hours.Competitive Salary: Based on experience and expertise in automation technologies.Professional Growth: Work with cutting-edge automation tools and continuously expand your skill set.Exciting Projects: Automate complex business processes and make a significant impact on efficiency and scalability.Join us in making the impossible possible through automation and workflow optimization!
