About the roleAs the Finishing Head – Quality, you will play a critical role in ensuring the flawless execution of high-end finishes across multiple prestigious projects. You will define and implement quality standards, conduct site visits, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to maintain the highest standards of excellence in the finishing process. With a focus on material quality, installation methodologies and customer handovers, your leadership will ensure that each project meets international best practices and delivers defect-free, luxurious results.Key responsibilitiesFinishing quality assurance and execution excellenceDefine and implement finishing quality standards, checklists and best practices across projectsConduct site visits and root cause analysis for finishing-related quality issuesEnsure high-quality execution of interior finishes, including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, doors and façade elementsDrive excellence in construction finishing material quality and installation methodologiesInterdisciplinary coordinationCollaborate with Design, RCC, structural and MEP teams to ensure finishing quality is not compromised due to design or execution conflictsDevelop and implement stage-gate reviews to ensure quality at critical finishing milestonesWork closely with design, procurement and execution teams to address finishing-related challenges proactivelyMaterial selection and installation excellenceEvaluate and approve materials such as stone, tiles, paints, veneers, laminates, glass, metal finishes and modular fit-outs for compliance with design and durability standardsDevelop and standardise vendor qualification criteria for finishing material suppliersCustomer experience and handoversEstablish protocols for customer flat handovers, ensuring defect-free deliveryWork with project and CC teams to address customer concerns related to finishing quality.Approval of punch listsWho are we looking for?Education:B.
