Job Title: US Recruiter Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our staffing firm. The Jr. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, building relationships with them, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and facilitating offers • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies • Collaborate with the Account Manager to understand clients' staffing needs and identify suitable candidates • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that candidates receive the best possible experience Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, human resources, or a related field preferred. • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the staffing industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software Shift: 05:30pm – 02:30am (march to november) and 6:30pm to 3:30am (november to march)
