Triveni IT is seeking highly experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Delivery Leads with 10-12 years of experience to lead complex IT projects, collaborating directly with clients and teams in the US. This role will involve managing end-to-end project delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction while interacting with US teams. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely and effective project completion. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Execution: Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality execution. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with US-based clients and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, and ensure resource allocation to meet project goals. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Client Interaction & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring successful delivery of the projects. Regularly interact with clients to provide project updates, discuss project scope changes, and align expectations. Conduct status meetings, presentations, and discussions with US teams and clients to communicate project progress and resolve any issues. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, technical architects, and business analysts to achieve project objectives. Collaborate with US-based teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on technical requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, effective problem-solving, and knowledge sharing across teams. Project Planning, Monitoring & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies. Monitor and track project progress against timelines and budget, identifying and addressing any potential delays or cost overruns. Prepare and deliver periodic reports to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and milestones. Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to project delivery. o Quickly address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including technical, operational, and client-related challenges. Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight: Overseas the quality of all project deliverables, ensuring that technical solutions meet both client specifications and Triveni IT’s quality standards. Review code, technical designs, and architecture to ensure that the solutions meet industry standards and best practices. Ensure that appropriate testing, validation, and deployment procedures are followed to guarantee solution stability and scalability. Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes. o Promote best practices within the team to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall project quality. o Lead post-project reviews, collecting feedback from clients and teams to refine processes and enhance future delivery. Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and cost overruns are avoided. Optimize resource utilization to ensure projects are adequately staffed while managing competing project priorities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 10-12 years of experience in managing the technical delivery of IT projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Skills : Proven experience managing complex IT projects with US-based clients. Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development, systems integration, and IT infrastructure. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a global context. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with US-based clients and teams. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Desired Skills: Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices. Knowledge of various programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) and development frameworks. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable. Strong understanding of enterprise-level systems, architecture, and security standards.
