Job Summary We are seeking a Business Development & Account Management Associate to support our fintech operations in Qatar. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in B2B sales, account management, and lead generation. The candidate will play a key role in supplier portal registrations, tender reviews, proposal writing, prospecting, and outreach. Responsibilities include leveraging ZoomInfo for lead generation, making cold calls, running email campaigns, and setting up meetings for the General Manager with qualified prospects. Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Use ZoomInfo and other prospecting tools to identify potential corporate and government clients. Conduct targeted cold calls and email outreach campaigns to generate leads for gift card sales. Set up and schedule meetings for the General Manager with qualified leads. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Supplier Portal Registrations & Compliance Research and identify relevant supplier portals for business registration. Complete supplier registrations, ensuring all compliance documentation is submitted. Maintain an up-to-date database of supplier platforms, renewal dates, and requirements. Tender Announcement Reviews & Proposal Writing Monitor and review tender announcements for potential business opportunities. Analyze tender requirements and align proposals to meet client needs. Write compelling, customized proposals for gift card sales, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and competitive positioning. Work with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal submissions. Sales & Market Research Conduct market research to identify trends and potential corporate buyers for gift cards. Support sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or corporate gifting). Preferred proficiency in ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools for B2B lead generation. Strong experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and appointment setting. Familiarity with supplier portals, government tenders, and procurement processes. Excellent proposal writing, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
