Role Overview: We are looking for a Tutor Community Engagement Manager to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention within our growing tutor community. This role involves resolving tutor concerns , managing engagement programs , and building HR systems to foster a strong, motivated, and committed tutor network. The ideal candidate will act as the central point for tutor feedback , tracking Tutor Satisfaction Score (similar to NPS) and implementing strategies to improve tutor experience and community well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1️⃣ Tutor Engagement & Weekly Connects: Conduct weekly connect sessions with tutors to address concerns, share updates, and provide support . Foster a sense of community and belonging through structured engagement initiatives. Drive adoption of new teaching tools, methodologies, and system updates among tutors. 2️⃣ Tutor Support & Escalation Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for tutors facing pay-related issues, system challenges, and operational concerns . Develop a structured ticketing and escalation matrix for efficient issue resolution in collaboration with HR, Finance, and Tech teams . Track and analyze trends in tutor issues to proactively reduce friction and enhance efficiency . 3️⃣ Managing Tutor Engagement Programs: Oversee programs like the Star Teacher Program to recognize and reward high-performing tutors. Design and implement tutor appreciation, learning, and mentorship initiatives to enhance the tutor experience. Develop strategies to increase tutor retention and reduce attrition rates . 4️⃣ Tracking Tutor Satisfaction & Happiness Index: Act as the central node for tracking and analyzing Tutor Satisfaction Score (similar to NPS) . Monitor the Tutor Happiness Index by gathering real-time feedback and insights from the community. Collaborate with internal teams to make data-driven improvements based on tutor feedback. 5️⃣ Building HR Systems & Community Processes: Develop and implement HR policies and systems tailored for the tutor community. Create structured escalation processes for different levels of tutor concerns. Design and manage initiatives that promote a positive, engaged, and thriving tutor network . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ✔ Tutor Response Time & Issue Resolution Rate ✔ Tutor Satisfaction Score (NPS Equivalent) & Happiness Index ✔ Retention & Engagement Rates in Tutor Programs ✔ Adoption Rate for New Systems & Processes ✔ Effectiveness of Escalation Handling & Resolution Timelines Requirements: ✅ Experience in community engagement, tutor management, tutor operations ✅ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills . ✅ Experience working with ticketing systems, CRM tools, or community engagement platforms . ✅ Ability to analyze tutor feedback and generate actionable insights . ✅ Passion for educational technology, community building, and tutor well-being . ✅ Experience in HR processes , tutor engagement, and tracking satisfaction metrics like NPS/Happiness Index .
