Apply only if you have 5+Years of relevant experience into salesforce development and support. #Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Engineer with a strong background in both Salesforce Development (50%) and Support (50%). The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues while also contributing to the development and enhancement of Salesforce applications. This role requires expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integrations, and Salesforce Administration to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Development (50%) Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. Develop and maintain Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integrations with external systems. Build and optimize custom workflows, validation rules, and automation processes (Flow, Process Builder). Participate in Salesforce deployments, release management, and version control using CI/CD tools. Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Work on data migrations, ETL processes, and batch jobs within Salesforce. Salesforce Support (50%) Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce issues, resolving user queries, bugs, and performance issues. Troubleshoot and fix Apex errors, integration failures, and automation issues. Monitor Salesforce system health, performance, and security. Manage profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules, and other access control settings. Assist with data cleanup, deduplication, and integrity maintenance. Work with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes and implement preventive measures. Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Development & Support. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Experience with Salesforce Admin tasks (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Security Settings). Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica). Strong problem-solving skills in debugging Apex errors, workflow issues, and system performance tuning. Experience with Salesforce release management and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Bitbucket). Knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, and data migration strategies. Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Administrator. Experience with SFDX, Git, and automated testing frameworks. Knowledge of DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments. Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM.
