Collaborates in coding, testing, and building software based on requirements and acceptance criteria. Assists the Technical Product Manager in preparing requirements for upcoming iterations. Ensures and maintains high code quality. Continuously enhances development processes with guidance from the Scrum Master. Works closely with teams to improve technical practices. Actively participates in Scrum ceremonies. Creates High-Level Design (HLD) documentation. Supports deployment and feature release processes. Contributes to the effort estimation and sizing process. Engages in designing, coding, debugging, and testing. Troubleshoots issues in both test and production environments. Collaborates with other development teams to deliver new capabilities. Innovates to enhance application stability and performance. Understands business requirements and translates them into technical implementation. Assists in developing technical documentation for software. Required Expertise: Technical skills as defined by the program. Proficiency in development and CI tools. Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux or as per the program's tech stack requirements. Minimum 8 years of technical experience, including 3 years in a hands-on technical design lead and programming role. Expertise in TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC.
