AVP - Channel Sales Location New Delhi Experience : 10 yrs+ in Real Estate Sales Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new channel partners and assess their potential to contribute to our sales objectives and market penetration Provide support and training to partners to ensure they are well-versed in our products or services and can effectively market and sell them Evaluate and provide feedback on partner performance and suggest areas for improvement Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure consistency and efficiency of channel strategies Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Oversee partner contracts, agreements, and rewards to ensure adherence and optimize partner satisfaction and performance Skills Required: Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role Should have 50+ active channel partners Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
