Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Please ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget. Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Could you develop a detailed project plan to track progress? Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimise project risks. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Qualifications Master's degree in Project Management or related technical field required. Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred. Preferred Skills Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others. Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams. Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality. Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to predict challenges and seek to head off obstacles proactively. Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - PMP/CAPM/CPM/MPM.
