Job Overview: Head of Operations - Digital Marketing Operations will be responsible for Operations and execution of our projects This role will be responsible for leading and executing digital marketing for both internal and external clients. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have strong background working in digital marketing Agency , indepth domain knowledge in Paid campaigns and Website Development along with SEO, Content management, proven capablity to lead a team. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Execution and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing ideas to drive Client requirement, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to ensure successful execution of strategies. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, helping them develop their skills and achieve team goals. Provide training and guidance on best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall team’s performance. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that KPIs are met or exceeded. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate the ROI of digital marketing efforts. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience working in digital marketing agency, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of Paid campaigns, digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing. Should have Strong Domain knowledge in Paid campaings and Website devlopment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager,Linkedin Ads etc. Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
