Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Expert – OpenAI & Azure AI Solutions to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions leveraging GPT models and Azure AI technologies . The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in AI development, cloud solutions, and hands-on expertise in implementing AI-driven architectures. Responsibilities: AI Solution Development: Develop, optimize, and implement AI-powered solutions using Azure GPT, ChatGPT , and token cost optimization techniques. Perform performance tuning on GPT models for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. Azure AI Expertise: Design and manage Azure AI Search and VectorDB solutions such as Chroma, ElasticSearch , and other relevant platforms. Leverage Azure cloud services to implement scalable and secure AI solutions . AI Engineering and Prompt Optimization: Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve AI model output efficiency. Build and refine summarization models to extract concise and accurate information. Programming & Automation: Develop and maintain AI pipelines, automation scripts , and performance-tracking tools using Python . Integration & Deployment: Deploy AI models using Kubernetes and Helm Charts . Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools into the existing ecosystem. Collaborative Development: Work with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, front-end, and operations , to build end-to-end AI-powered solutions . Mandatory Technical Skills: Expertise in Azure AI Search and VectorDB solutions (Chroma, ElasticSearch). Hands-on experience with GPT models (Azure GPT, ChatGPT) and token cost optimization strategies . Strong proficiency in Python for AI model implementation and automation. Advanced prompt engineering and performance tuning for AI models. Preferred Secondary Skills: Proficiency in ReactJS for front-end development. Experience with Azure Synapse and Azure Databricks for data processing and analytics. Strong understanding of ElasticSearch for data retrieval optimization. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm Charts for application deployment. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
