Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Manager SAI at Winterhalter India at Manesar, Gurgaon. The SAI Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and service staff, ensuring great customer service, maintaining a comprehensive stock of spare parts, and managing the network of experienced partners to guarantee quality and reliability for customers' dishwashing process. The job role includes: Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts. Maintain and strengthen relationships with the clients at PAN India level. Identify opportunities for upselling and generate new business. Lead negotiations for the contracts, pricing and service agreements. Drive revenue growth by meeting the targets assigned Develop strategies to retain the customers. Lead the team of coordinators and service professionals. Liasoning with the internal departments as and when required as per the job responsibilities. Prepare and present reports on the performance to the senior management Analyse the market trend and customer feedback. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
