Job Description: Manager – Talent & Learning Position: Manager – Talent & Learning Location: Worli, Mumbai Reporting To: General Manager – COE Role Overview: The Manager – Talent & Learning will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing HR policies, talent development initiatives, and learning programs to enhance employee capability and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a strategic approach to talent management, HR compliance, and engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: HR Policy Development & Compliance Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, process notes, and SOPs. Ensure compliance with Group requirements and industry regulations. Regularly review, update, and communicate policies to align with business needs and best practices. Talent Management & Succession Planning Implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees. Drive succession planning and career development initiatives to strengthen the talent pipeline. Partner with leadership to assess and address talent gaps within the organization. HR Analytics & Decision Support Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and talent management programs. Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. Employee Engagement & Culture Building Drive employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance and inclusive work culture. Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Capability Development & Learning Programs Lead capability development initiatives by designing and executing learning programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and implement training solutions. Key Requirements: Education: MBA in HR (Preferably from a premier institute). Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Center of Excellence (COE) role. Strong understanding of diverse COE portfolios across HR functions. Prior experience in a consultancy background preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders effectively. Strong organizational and project management skills.
