Job Description

This position is to focus predominantly on Human Resource assignments for assigned regional territories. Below are few key proficiencies required for the role: Recruitment stakeholder accountability with measured TAT, closure targets & savings targets Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in handling recruitment for industries like Facility Management and Project Management. SPOC of the organization towards the talents from hire to on boarding to employee life cycle SPOC for the HR department in all site mobilization and de-mobilization exercises Stakeholder in all HR value propositions that the organization offers/maintains for an employee Expertise in Employee experience management and retention of talents vide connects at all levels Focus across the assigned regions to move from plan to action - maximizing execution excellence Providing solutions, resolving grievances towards employee satisfaction resulting talent retention Ensuring that all aspects of the business HR are conducted in accordance with all relevant statutory requirements, Codes of practice, Compliance, Environment, Health & Safety, and risk management Engage with regional teams on a routine basis and lead by excellence in relationship management Establish industry, HR & talent acquisition networks to ensure continuous improvement Expertise in working in a team for ideation, development, and execution of various HR projects Develop a shared vision with HR team and work together towards assigned goals
