Job Description

Designation: Manager Key Responsibilities: Drive all marketing initiatives for the Tea & Spices Business Unit, ensuring strong brand presence and business growth. Plan and execute high-impact events that not only enhance brand visibility but also generate revenue. Develop and implement year-round engagement strategies, including events, social media campaigns, promotional schemes, posts, stories, and other interactive activities. Create and manage the annual marketing calendar for the BU, aligning with business goals. Build and nurture relationships with key clients, onboarding them onto our platforms and driving service adoption. Identify and acquire new clients who can benefit from our services. Regularly follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive conversions and strengthen partnerships. Organize Buyer-Seller Meets and industry networking programs for JTAC, RA, and Spices to foster business connections. Oversee the Customer Care function, ensuring timely communication and top-tier service delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys blending strategic planning with hands-on execution. Candidate Specifications: Prior experience in the Tea and/or Spices industry is highly preferred, with a strong preference for candidates with Tea industry exposure. Proven experience in event planning and execution , including securing sponsorships, selling stalls, and driving client engagement through events. Existing industry connections for event resources are a plus. Strong networking capabilities within corporate marketing channels. Solid understanding of marketing strategy and campaign planning , with the ability to design and implement effective marketing initiatives. Hands-on experience in executing on-ground and digital marketing campaigns to enhance client engagement and generate leads. Experience in business development and client acquisition , with a track record of generating interest and converting leads. Media connections for securing press coverage and brand visibility are an added advantage. Comfortable working with revenue targets and driving growth through marketing strategies. Creative, innovative, and tech-savvy , with proficiency in digital tools. Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus. Why Join Us?
