We pride ourselves on our innovative approach to technology and business growth. Role Summary: NOTE: IT industry experience for Learning & Development is Required. We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to drive our learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective L&D programs, overseeing learning platforms, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the continuous professional development of employees. Responsibilities: L&D Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals. L&D Calendar Management: Plan and manage the annual L&D calendar, ensuring timely execution of training sessions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technical directors, community managers, and other teams to assess training needs and develop tailored learning solutions. Vendor Management: Identify and coordinate with external training providers for specialized programs. Learning Platforms & Technologies: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools. Performance Monitoring: Assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, engagement data, and performance metrics. Upskilling & Continuous Learning: Identify skill gaps, design upskilling initiatives, and integrate the latest industry best practices into training programs. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as an L&D Manager or in a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills. Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good to Have: Master’s Degree in a relevant field. L&D Certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP). Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
