About the Role The Delivery Lead is a critical leadership position at Zeta, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of product deliverables, projects and services to our clients and drive revenue growth and customer success. This role needs to ensure that Zeta's delivery of products & services meet client expectations, are delivered on time and within budget, and adhere to quality standards. This role involves strong leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight. The role requires a strong delivery leader with a deep understanding of software engineering, customer success and program management methodologies. The role entails close collaboration with clients, account management, product & engineering ,support & operations, finance, risk and sales. Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership: Lead and oversee program managers and cross-functional teams (both technical and non-technical) to manage the delivery of large-scale engagements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards and client satisfaction. Design and oversee governance mechanisms for successful delivery of Zeta’s deliverables & commitments. Establish and maintain effective project management methodologies and standards. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client management, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic guidance. Ensure client satisfaction through on time and high-quality delivery. Proactively identify and address client concerns and issues. Business Leadership: Engage with senior leadership at Zeta and client organizations to establish business case and objectives, often driving scope discovery, pre-sales solutioning & estimations. Oversee the achievement of top line and bottom-line targets through strong operational rigor. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with product & engineering, operations, and risk teams to keep them informed and engaged in the delivery. Execution Governance: Oversee the delivery of engagement commitments with respective program managers and team leads, lead governance with executives, and proactively mitigate risks with stakeholders, including executive management and board members. Negotiation: Manage and negotiate resources & terms with senior stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to ensure program delivery aligns with agreed-upon conditions. Thought Leadership: Develop and implement best practices and tools according to industry standards. Champion the company's delivery methodology and standards to continually improve predictability and quality across various programs. Requirements 16+ years of experience in engagement delivery within a SaaS Product / Enterprise Product delivery environment. Great written and oral communication; Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct governance reviews and strategy to execution meetings with CXOs of the client organizations Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Conflict resolution and persuasion of interdisciplinary teams Prior experience creating Statements of work, and managing P&L of large client delivery engagements (> $6M) Proactive problem solver who effectively resolves issues and risks. Nice to Have Experience in Banking & Fintech. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework. PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
