Your responsibilities will encompass the following: 1.Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact to address and resolve employee grievances, ensuring a harmonious work environment. 2.Employee Engagement : Continuously monitor the "pulse" of employees and implement programs to foster high engagement levels and a positive work culture. 3.Talent Management: Partner with managers to retain, develop, and motivate employees, enabling them to achieve their fullest potential. 4.Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs, assess skills, and align with Livspace's overall corporate planning and budgeting for sustainable growth. 5.Data-Driven HR Solutions: Analyze business unit data and trends to recommend targeted solutions that improve performance, retention, and the employee experience. 6.Collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs): Work closely with CoEs to ensure that hiring, training, and development needs are strategically planned and executed. 7.Performance and Talent Development: Drive annual and mid-year performance assessments, talent reviews, and career development programs to build a high-performing workforce. 8.Strategic Projects: Contribute to organization-wide HR projects that align with Livspace's long-term vision and culture.
