Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential business opportunities through research, cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and trade shows. Engage with key decision-makers (CEOs, procurement heads, department heads, etc.). Building & Managing Client Relationships Introduce businesses to our services and foster long-term partnerships. Ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Sales Presentations & Negotiations Develop compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve win-win agreements. Market & Competitor Analysis Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Use client feedback to refine service offerings and sales strategies. Collaboration & Internal Communication Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment. Provide insights for targeted marketing campaigns and sales forecasting. Proposal & Contract Management Assist in drafting proposals and contracts in collaboration with the legal team. Follow up on proposals and client queries to close deals efficiently. Customer Success & Retention Support new client onboarding and ensure seamless service delivery. Act as the primary contact for issue resolution and client satisfaction. CRM & Reporting Maintain CRM systems with updated client interactions and follow-up actions. Track sales performance, analyze trends, and optimize strategies. Event Attendance & Networking Represent Kampus Group at B2B events, industry conferences, and trade shows . Expand professional networks with industry leaders and decision-makers. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management. Strong B2B and B2C sales expertise , with proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently . Proficiency in CRM tools, market research, and sales forecasting . Why Join Us?
