About the Role The role involves supporting the planning, execution, and communication of the annual compensation cycle, managing the Workforce Compensation Oracle HCM module, conducting compensation analysis, and supporting global mobility programs. The position also includes data management, external vendor management, policy development, benchmarking, compliance, and HR business partnering for India. Roles and Responsibilities Annual Compensation Cycle : Participate in planning, supporting, and executing communication campaigns and preparation for annual bonus, merit, and promotion cycles. Workforce Compensation Oracle HCM : Support the design, testing, and implementation of the compensation module, becoming the owner after go-live. Compensation Analysis : Develop and support compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity using the company's global job architecture based on Mercer IPE methodology. Job Evaluation : Evaluate job descriptions using Mercer IPE methodology to define grades based on company job architecture. Global Mobility : Support global mobility programs, including expatriate compensation analysis, relocation packages, and compliance with international regulations and company policies. Data Management : Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze compensation data, create reports, and provide insights to support decision-making. Propose, monitor, and present KPI results. External Vendors Management : Develop and strengthen relationships with external vendors in the compensation, benefits, and recognition space, also managing invoices and renewals. Policy Development : Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing audit of compensation policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals. Benchmarking : Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation practices using data from external sources. Compliance : Ensure compliance with local, national, and international compensation laws and regulations. HR Business Partnering for India : > Talent management activities including recruitment, development, and succession planning. > HR operations including payroll processing, statutory social security, tax deductions, annual income tax returns, and benefits management. >Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances. > Employee data management using Oracle HCM. > Maintain accurate organizational structures and global headcount reporting. > Maintain the public holiday calendar and manage travel policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Essential 3-6 years of relevant HR experience in a global-matrix organization. Proven experience supporting global compensation analysis and global mobility programs. Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations in multiple countries. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across cultures and time zones. English fluent (written and spoken). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification. Oracle HCM including Workforce Compensation Module.
