Job Description Location :- Assam, India This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the following: 1) Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and objectives of the organization. 2) Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos and other multimedia formats. 3) Day-to-day management of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. 4) Monitor and actively engage with the online community through comments, messages and mentions. 5) Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences. 6) Coordinating social media campaigns with other marketing efforts. 7) Develop and maintain a content calendar to schedule posts and ensure consistent and timely content delivery. 8) Manage the budget for social media campaigns, advertising, and tools, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Qualifications 1) Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills. 2) Strong communication and writing skills. 3) Experience in developing content strategy. 4) Experience in social media management and digital marketing 5) Familiarity with various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. 6) Knowledge of social media analytics tools to monitor social media performance. 7) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 8) Experience in political campaigns or advocacy is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
