Hiring - Account Associate • We are seeking a skilled Account Associate to manage the bench staffing operations for our US staffing division. • The Account Associate will be responsible for ensuring effective deployment and utilization of our bench resources, Job Description: • Manager to manage the bench staffing operations for our US staffing division. • Manage and optimize the utilization of bench resources, ensuring timely and smooth placement of candidates. • Lead and mentor the bench team, providing guidance on best practices and performance improvement. • Develop and implement processes to enhance the efficiency of bench resource management. • Work closely with account managers to align resource allocation with client requirements. • Address and resolve any issues related to bench staffing and client concerns promptly and effectively. • Strong understanding of US staffing processes and resource management. • Excellent communication skills. Qualification: • B.Tech graduate or equivalent • Proven experience in a delivery management role within the US staffing, with a focus on bench management and US staffing.
