Lixil India is hiring for an experienced Leader in Demand and Supply Planning at Gurgaon Location to oversee various operational aspects such as forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and end-to-end order management. The role involves utilizing independent judgment to determine methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes, while also engaging with internal and external customers within a team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities: Drive and influence the forecasting process (Demand & supply planning) in collaboration with the sales team and key stakeholders. Contribute to financial and inventory planning alongside local and Headquarter teams. Analyze business trends, ratios, and identify emerging opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with corporate and operational management to assess potential costs and benefits. Implement lean projects to enhance the planning and forecasting processes. Establish, analyze, and report on inventory accuracy metrics. Supervise operational planning and control measures for service providers. Stay updated on distribution system practices and benchmarks to improve operational efficiency. Monitor service levels to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Coordinate department activities, manage budgets, and provide expense recommendations. Develop strategic plans for managing multiple projects. Present projects to senior management for review and approval. Qualifications and Skills Required: Master’s degree in supply chain, data analytics, operations, or a related field. Certification in demand planning, supply chain, or related areas (e.g., CPIM, CSCP). Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related fields. Proficient in SAP modules such as SD, MM, MF, PP, & APO. Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across different teams. Business acumen with insights into market trends, customer behavior, and supply chain operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and motivational skills.
