The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing clear, quality code to develop the best software. You will test your code, identify errors, and iterate to ensure quality code. You will also support our customers and partners by troubleshooting any of their software issues. Responsibilities Detect and troubleshoot software issues Write clear quality code for software and applications and perform test reviews Develop, implement, and test APIs Provide input on software development projects Essential job disciplines that are specific to the position: Develop HTML emails using HTML & CSS, including responsive/adaptive emails rendered through media queries. Able to handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions. Provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the process and the business. Maintain excellent work relationships and communication with partners. Able to work in tasks with High priority Oriented to research on new technologies and share knowledge with team members Reports to Senior/Lead/Principal/Manager/Performance Manager Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Medical industry. ESP experience is a plus (SFMC, Veeva Approved Email, Responsys, CheetahMail, Adobe Campaign) Tools: Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Office Suite. Communicate clearly and display a high level of professionalism. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences, with Veeva Vault being a mandatory requirement.
