The team you will be a part of: The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base. This role in summary: The Regional Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and cultivating key account relationships within the consumer durables sector in the North & Tamilnadu Region of India. This role involves strategic account management, business development, and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Key Account Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the consumer durables sector within the North & Tamilnadu Region. Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, expanding the portfolio of key accounts. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and compliance with company policies. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends within the consumer durables sector in the North & Tamilnadu Region. Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with regional business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of plans. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction levels, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships. Revenue Growth: Set and achieve revenue targets for the North & Tamilnadu Region, implementing strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed business decisions. Promotions and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and initiatives specific to the North & Tamilnadu Region. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and provide regular reports on key account performance, market trends, and regional activities. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the consumer durables sector, specifically within the North & Tamilnadu Region of India. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
