Purpose: We are looking for someone who would be able to collaborate with sales and strategy to implement the work processes around the CRM & support in managing daily sales CRM operations. Candidate will play vital role in managing & driving CRM insights & MIS to CH/ZM to drive better in conversion for new customer onboarding, cross-sell from existing customers (Internal & External). Main responsibilities: Implementation of scope of work on CRM processes in the organization Project delivery management & internal coordination Partnering and collaborating across multiple business departments to develop and enhance customizations, optimizations, and best practices for the customer experience Ownership of prospect, customer & policy data database is correctly segmented, attributed and managed for marketing and sales activities. Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for them; measuring and analysing impact on the business. Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers. Developing wireframes and process documentation during the production process & execution. Proactively working on efforts to coordinate the success and completion of new development requests Maximize characteristics and benefits of the CRM system Create and interpret data from the software & appropriate reporting & business insights Build & establish SOPs to be followed by CRM users & process owners Play a System admin role & module trainings to user departments and end users Stay on top of relevant statistics, including customer retention rate, lead conversion, activity completion rates & measure ROI etc. Qualifications: Graduate/ PG from a reputed institute Skills/ knowledge: Strong MIS Skills Experience in data extraction/analysis CRM System data methodology Strategic Alliances & New Business Development Insurance Domain Knowledge Analytical, data-driven experience in data-processing software Business Analysis and data Intelligence Good team player A proven history of excellent time management skills and performance under pressure Experience: At least 2-4 years of Life Insurance experience (BFSI) is required. Must have handled MIS for Sales CRM Operations Proven track record of insurance sales and working with cross-functional teams focused on conceiving & implementing digital sale enhancement initiatives
