Job Summary: Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Mandatory skills: Oracle BI,OTBI,OCI,BIP Experience: 7-10 years Work Location: Any UST location Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days - Work from Office) Job Description: Oracle Lead – Reporting & Business Intelligence Hiring Location: Any UST location Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based reporting solutions to support business intelligence initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reporting solutions. Utilize Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Analytics Cloud to create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting. Optimize and tune Oracle databases and reporting queries for improved performance and efficiency. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Oracle reporting tools and best practices. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Oracle reporting and business intelligence to continuously enhance reporting capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users, to ensure successful delivery of reporting solutions. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to reporting tools, data quality, and performance. Must-Have Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience with Oracle database management and data warehousing. Proven expertise in utilizing Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Analytics Cloud. Strong background in designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence reporting solutions. Experience in developing data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions. Proficiency in optimizing and tuning Oracle databases and reporting queries for performance. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to reporting tools, data quality, and performance. Technical leadership experience, including providing guidance and mentorship to team members. Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with advanced Oracle features (e.g., Oracle Exadata, Oracle Data Integrator). Experience with other reporting tools and business intelligence platforms. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and integrations with Oracle Analytics Cloud. Experience in Agile project management methodologies. Familiarity with advanced data visualization techniques and tools. Experience Range: 7+ years of experience in Oracle database management, data warehousing, and business intelligence reporting. Proven track record of leading and delivering Oracle reporting solutions. Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence solutions.
