Department: Finance Shared Services About the Role: This role is critical in driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the Finance Shared Services organization. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for process optimization, automation, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute continuous improvement projects: Identify, assess, and prioritize process improvement opportunities within Finance Shared Services. Conduct thorough process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap analysis. Develop and implement process improvement plans, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive digital transformation initiatives: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning, cloud computing) for potential application within Finance Shared Services. Develop and implement strategies for the adoption of new technologies to automate tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of new technologies. Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and track the impact of improvement initiatives. Prepare regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and return on investment (ROI). Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into operational performance. Change management: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, addressing concerns and building consensus. Provide training and support to employees on new processes and technologies. Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and operational teams. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration / CA / ICWA 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field. 5-6 years Experience of working in a shared services environment Experience in implementing and managing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning, cloud computing). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
