Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential brands for sponsorships and collaborations. Develop and execute brand partnership strategies. Negotiate contracts and deal terms to ensure maximum profitability. Maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners. Track and manage deal performance, ensuring deliverables are met. Coordinate with the content team to integrate brand promotions effectively. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor collaborations. Handle invoicing, payments, and reporting related to brand deals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or sales . Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends. Experience in handling contracts and sponsorship agreements. Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth. Strong networking skills to connect with brands and agencies. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in YouTube, influencer marketing, or media industry. Understanding of YouTube’s monetization policies and brand integration strategies.
