PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES Overall Responsibiliety The Advertising Operations Manager with a focus on quality will lead and oversee the execution of digital, video & audio advertising campaigns, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance Quality focus, he/she will be working closely with the Ad operations specialist, QA’s, Campaign specialist etc Detailed duties and responsibilities: Campaign Management • Oversee the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns, from setup to delivery. • Ensure all campaigns meet client specifications and are executed with the highest quality standards. • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results. • Coordinate with creative, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Quality Assurance • Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to identify and resolve any issues before campaign launch. • Conduct thorough testing of ad creatives, tracking pixels, and landing pages to ensure functionality and compliance. • Develop and maintain quality control checklists and documentation. • Regularly review and update QA processes to align with industry best practices. Client Communication • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign execution and quality-related queries. • Provide clients with detailed performance reports and insights. • Address any client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Team Leadership • Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Managers, Leaders, Advertising operations specialists, Production specialist, Quality analyst to foster the culture of quality and excellence. • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest industry trends and quality standards. • Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION Required: Experience and Education • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. • 10 to 15+ years of experience in digital advertising operations or a similar role. • Working with Delivery Head to ensure RFP & delivery process meets and exceeds the client expectations. • Working with the Global account executives on performance and meeting client objectives. • Proven track record of managing high-quality digital advertising campaigns.
