Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Lead – Residential Developments to lead and oversee the successful delivery of our large-scale residential portfolio across various micro-markets in the city. This pivotal role requires an individual with extensive international experience, a deep understanding of global best practices, and a proven track record in managing large teams, PMC (Project Management Consultant) partners, and vendor contracts. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: •Lead the end-to-end project delivery process for multiple high-value residential developments, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution while maintaining the highest quality standards. •Develop and implement best-in-class project management frameworks, aligning with global delivery standards. •Provide strategic direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives. Project Management: •Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution of projects. •Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle. •Proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or budget overruns. Quality Assurance: •Champion quality control practices to ensure all residential developments meet international construction and design standards. •Regularly review progress and conduct audits to maintain consistency and excellence in project delivery. Team Building & Stakeholder Management: •Build, mentor, and lead high-performing internal teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. •Manage relationships with PMC partners, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and execution. •Negotiate and manage contracts to achieve optimal outcomes in terms of quality, cost, and timelines. Innovation & Best Practices: •Introduce innovative construction methods and technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability. •Leverage insights from international markets to adopt cutting-edge project delivery methodologies. Key Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. •20+ years of relevant experience in managing large-scale residential developments, preferably with exposure to international markets. •Strong understanding of global construction standards, project management frameworks, and quality control practices. •Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with multiple teams across geographies. •Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. •Experience in managing PMC contracts, vendors, and large-scale construction budgets. •Track record of delivering high-quality residential developments on time and within budget.
