Key Responsibilities : · Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions including nurses, medical technicians, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals. · Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. · Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are compelling and targeted to attract the right talent. · Networking: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. · Collaboration: Work closely with team managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates in a timely manner.
