Job description We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement business applications, workflows, and dashboards to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with the Clients’ Analytics team to identify, scope, and execute analytics efforts that answer business questions, solve business needs, and add business value. Develop interactive dashboards and reports for business insights by implementing DAX calculations and Power Query transformations for complex business needs. Build and maintain automated workflows for approvals, notifications, and data synchronization. Create Power Automate flows to integrate with pharma-specific systems. Ensure error handling and logging in automation processes. Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven apps for business process automation. Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and external APIs. Implement role-based security and optimize app performance. Maintain a broad understanding of pharmaceutical sales, marketing and operations and develop analytical solutions in these areas. Enable seamless integration between Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to create connected, automated, and data-driven business applications. Manage communication with stakeholders across functions and understand business requirements on regular basis Lead & guide the team independently or with little support to implement & deliver complex project assignments. Set up KPI and business rules to answer business questions. Synthesize and communicate results to clients Core competencies: Experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (3+ years) Hands-on experience managing technology projects with demonstrated ability to understand complex data and technology initiatives. Good client communications (verbal and written) Data Analysis, Descriptive Analysis and Ability to handle large volumes of Data for Ad hoc analysis and Standard Business Reporting – 2+ years Ability to streamline manual processes through automation and intelligent business applications. Strong analytical thinking to identify process gaps, optimize workflows, and improve business efficiency. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Knowledge of different pharma data sources – IQVIA, Veeva, DDD, Xponent, Flatiron, SHS, EMR/HER data etc. Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks Must have Skills: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, Excellent Communication, MS Excel, Analytical Skills, Problem solving, Stake holder management, Work as a team player Good to have Skills: Tableau, MS PowerPoint, Excel modelling, knowledge on therapy areas Hands on experience in R/Python/SAS would be an advantage Domain knowledge in healthcare with working knowledge of various datasets used in the pharmaceutical industry Highest Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (any branch), and strong academic performance.
