Job Purpose: Driving Channel sales through new International and upcountry channel partners while nurturing and scaling existing relationship. Identifying and developing such relationship to generate revenue. Opening new revenue streams through non-conventional channel partners like wealth mangers, influencers, bankers etc. across such micro-markets. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing new Channel partners and non-conventional Channel partners for the international markets. Supporting and nurturing existing relationships with such channel partners by sourcing CP leads through motivating the CPs with our current offerings. Devising innovative ways of future engagement with such CPs through roadshows, exhibitions & direct engagement with Channel partners, bankers, wealth managers, Indian associations etc. in such international destinations. Market research and competition survey, identifying best practices across the domain of work. Engaging with Channel partners, influencers, wealth managers, CAs etc. for sourcing business through them from upcountry locations. Qualifications and Work Experience: MBA – with 4-5 years of real estate developer experience in international sales through international CPs, channel sales through upcountry channel partners. Primarily from real estate
