Position Overview Drive pan-India sourcing of qualified leads for franchise opportunities of premium fitness brands (Cult, Cult Neo, Golds Gym & Fitness First). This would be done by leading multi-channel lead generation initiatives and owning the complete top-of-funnel strategy to source qualified franchise partners through digital marketing, events, and strategic partnerships. Core Responsibilities Lead Generation & Pipeline Development Orchestrate integrated digital campaigns across paid social, AdWords, and LinkedIn to attract qualified franchise prospects Design and execute high-impact investor networking events targeting HNIs and institutional investors Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners including franchisee networks and consultants, real estate networks, and franchise consultants Create and optimize the automated lead nurturing funnels to qualify prospects efficiently Performance Marketing & Analytics Drive data-driven decision-making for channel optimization and budget allocation Monitor key conversion metrics through CRM and provide actionable insights to sales teams Develop comprehensive reporting on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI across channels Manage end-to-end lead-scoring systems Brand & Community Building Curate compelling franchise success stories and content across digital platforms Organize exclusive franchisor conclaves and participate in targeted franchise exhibitions Leverage existing Cult center network and customer base for franchise lead generation Execute strategic PR initiatives across corporate and leadership social channels Required Experience & Skills 4+ years in marketing/growth with a focus on enterprise lead generation Proven track record in managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems Good understanding of data analysis and presentation skills Good knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads) Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
