Job Description

Job Summary:  The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive admissions experience. Responsibilities : Respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Provide detailed information about the school’s programs, admission requirements, and application processes. Conduct campus tours and participate in open houses, information sessions, and other recruitment events. Review and process applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and application statuses in the student information system. Collaborate with faculty and staff to stay informed about program updates and changes. Assist in developing and implementing marketing and recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and talented student body. Provide excellent customer service and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, marketing, or a related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with prospective students and their families. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using student information systems, databases, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of educational programs and admission processes. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build positive relationships with stakeholders. Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
