EXL Analytics serves the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industries.Please visit for more information about EXL Analytics.Role Overview:Emphasis is on coordinating & driving end to end delivery of project workstreamsCoordination with partner teams including senior leadership for alignmentsOwnership of overall timelines and incorporation of feedbackStructure analytical solution when required, to address business objectivesProvide business acumen and hypothesisEffectively guide the team around problem structuring and use of analytics (tools and techniques) to carry out analysisPresenting work directly to clients as requiredLiaison and build relationships with the clientResponsibilities:Project task managementStakeholder management including senior leadership (VP+)Communications, including deck writingCoordination of all sub-team effortsDelivery of outputFacilitation and gathering of client feedback on problem structuringEffective management of frequency of feedback loop with offshore resourcesBuild capabilities in junior team membersQualifications:Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply2-4 years of experience in Risk management processes, Credit or Fraud strategyFamiliarity with analytical tools such as coding in SAS/Python/R or data visualization techniques such as Tableau/Power BIStrong preference towards candidates with experience in Building end-to-end risk models for unsecured portfolios like credit cards, installment loans etc.Superior analytical and problem solving skillsWillingness to take initiativeStrong program management skills and ability to think abstractly deal with ambiguous/use defined problemsProficient in executive level communications – creating slides, decks and building data dashboardsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsWhat we offer:EXL Analytics offers an exciting, fast paced and innovative environment, which brings together a group of sharp and entrepreneurial professionals who are eager to influence business decisions.
