Join us as we continue to revolutionize the way Chai is consumed in India.Position Title: Assistant Manager, Finance Controllership Function: Finance Location: Bangalore Qualification: Qualified CA is a mustSkill Requirements:Education Qualification: Qualified CA (Essential)Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experienceIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining accounts under IGAAP & Companies Act, 2013.Knowledge of tax regulations such as Withholding taxes, GST.Experience in day-to-day accounting, including month-end close process for retail business units.Inventory management knowledge including physical verification and valuation of inventory.Ability to handle large data and manage closing inventory, consumption details.Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.Personal Specifications:Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to handle voluminous data.Stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under tight timelines.Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting and Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and compliance with GAAP and other regulations. Work on customer reconciliations and coordinate with operations teams.Tax & Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with Withholding Tax, GST, and other regulations.Internal Control Design: Design and operate robust internal control systems, especially around inventory management.Year-End Close: Manage receivables, track outstanding invoices, and perform physical inventory verifications.Stakeholder Management: Handle communication with internal teams, auditors, system vendors, and regulatory authorities.Technology Management: Contribute to the management and development of in-house ERP systems.If you are passionate about finance, accounting, and working in an innovative and dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!Apply now to be part of a growing and award-winning team at Chai Point!
