Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely and accurate communication across departments. You will work closely with sales, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate and resolve issues across various functions.Key Responsibilities:Plan and procure forecasted demand, ensuring that the necessary inventory levels are maintained to meet customer needs.Manage customers’ forecasted demand and orders, ensuring accuracy in product pricing, coordinating delivery schedule changes, and maintaining records of quotes and sales orders.Work closely with the Sales team to defend existing business relationships while pursuing opportunities for incremental business.Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address and resolve order fulfillment and shipment issues.Monitor and track days inventory outstanding, ensuring that inventory management is efficient and in line with customer expectations.Ensure compliance with company policies and departmental standard operating procedures, maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.Timely compile and distribute internal and supplier reports, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of order statuses, inventory levels, and any issues that may arise.Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the electronics, semiconductor, or supply chain industries.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant reporting tools.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of forecasting, order management, and inventory processes is a plus.Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.Working location: ESR BizPark @ Changi (Nearest MRT is Expo, fully sheltered walking distance from MRT)
