Our goal is to provide exceptional care and support, empowering individuals with communication and learning challenges to lead fulfilling, independent lives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist in Greater Noida. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessment and treatment of sensory, motor, and cognitive disorders. Day-to-day tasks include providing therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.Key Responsibilities:1. Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.2. Therapy Sessions: Provide occupational therapy sessions to clients individually or in groups to promote functional independence and participation in daily activities.3. Collaboration with Interdisciplinary Team: Work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists, special educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.4. Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.5. Communicate with Clients and Families: Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide education, support, and guidance.6. Stay Current with Best Practices: Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy, including attending workshops, conferences, and in-service training.QualificationsOccupational Therapy and Rehabilitation skillsExperience in Pediatrics and MedicineStrong Communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary teamKnowledge of evidence-based practice in occupational therapyExcellent interpersonal skillsBachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational TherapyValid Occupational Therapy licenseWhat We Offer:1. Competitive Salary: Salary Rs. 3.50 to 5.00 Lakhs CTC. CTC offer may go higher for highly eligible candidates.2.
