Job Title: US Recruiter Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our staffing firm. The Jr. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, building relationships with them, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:• Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit• Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and facilitating offers• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies• Collaborate with the Account Manager to understand clients' staffing needs and identify suitable candidates• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that candidates receive the best possible experienceQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, human resources, or a related field preferred. • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the staffing industry• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent organizational and time-management skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and softwareShift: 05:30pm – 02:30am (march to november) and 6:30pm to 3:30am (november to march)
