This is a fantastic remote opportunity with a supportive team.What's In It For You: ✨Be a Key Player:Lead and coordinate all transition activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. ✨Collaborate:Work closely with the Operations team to set up and configure systems to meet project requirements. ✨Innovate:Lead analysis sessions to design effective time & payroll implementations. ✨Support:Aid the Operations team in planning and tracking progress on configuration and integration projects. ✨Manage:Handle ancillary add-on order submission, setup, and audit. ✨Stay Ahead:Maintain isolved system knowledge and follow procedures to ensure data quality, security, and integrity. ✨Communicate:Clearly and effectively with team members, vendors, partners, and management. ✨Solve Problems:Diagnose and resolve technical and configuration issues for seamless API functionality. ✨Grow:Develop and maintain data extraction and transformation solutions, upholding high standards. What We Need From You:Minimum 3 years of functional payroll implementation experience.Passion for customer satisfaction.Strong data entry and mathematical skills.Attention to detail, teamwork, and initiative-driven.Four-year degree or equivalent education and experience (HR Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial-Organizational Psychology).Excellent written and verbal skills.
