Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Bhopal Job Type: Full-Time 100% Onsite- No Remote Job Summary : The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top IT talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across various clients. The role involves sourcing candidates, evaluating technical skills, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring timely placements while adhering to US employment laws and tax terms like W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp. Key Responsibiliti es: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize online databases (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.), social platforms (LinkedIn), and ATS tools (JobDiva, Ceipal) to source qualified IT candidates Worked on state client, Federal Client and Government Agencies Implement Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical expertise, soft skills, and suitability for the role. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Handle the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, negotiating Manage and track candidate pipelines using ATS systems. Expert understanding of US tax terms like W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp. Knowledge of visa categories such as H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, GC EAD, and H4 EAD to identify eligible candidates. Conduct market research to source candidates for niche IT roles. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred). Experience on VMS/MSP2 Years of Experience working on State client, Federals client and government Agencies Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
