We are looking for a PR Specialist to join our growing in-house India Communications team. As an experienced PR professional, you are an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator with outstanding relationship-development skills and experience in PR, influencer marketing and stakeholder engagement. Your role is to execute public relations and influencer relations initiatives to increase the company’s and leaders’ positive awareness, visibility, and reputation. The position reports to Head Communications, OAG. Responsibilities: Uncovering interesting narratives and news angles to get impactful media coverage for the Group and spokespeople. Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies Build a media network, while utilizing the current network to pitch stories, collaborations, and partnerships Heighten visibility for key IPs and events in a big, impactful manner Handling day-to-day activities in public relations, media/influencer relations, coverage tracking and crisis communication. Excellent verbal and writing skills Adept at navigating process, managing up and down throughout the team and moving projects forward to hit deadlines. Work closely with and mentor a team responsible for internal corporate communications and social media. Essentials : Proven 3-6 years working experience in public relations. Marketing or consumer industries preferred. Strong relationships with industry, media publications, editors, and journalists. Brings knowledge and experience from both the agency world and in-house. Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns. Full understanding of media needs and media relations. Confident communicator and presenter.
