Location: Bengaluru (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level - 1-6 years Salary- Fixed- INR 3,60,000- INR 600,000 + Variable Pay INR 100,000-200,000 No of Positions- 8 Job Responsibilities: This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant/Sr. Sales Associate based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant/Sr. Sales Associate will be responsible for handling real estate sales, managing real property transactions, negotiating deals, and providing training to junior associates. Day-to-day tasks also include client interactions, property showings, and maintaining an updated database of property listings. Job Responsibilities: Effective Sales Tele Calling and Project Property Pitch with Consulting Approach Effectively Manage company provided leads and build pipeline of meeting and site viewing of new properties in primary market i.e. under construction properties from premier developers like Prestige, Brigade, Godrej Properties, Sobha etc. Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Utilize real estate expertise to guide clients through property transactions Conduct property showings and negotiations Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor insights Qualifications & Requirements: Strong sales and customer service skills, with Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities Basic knowledge of real estate industry practices Minimum 1-2 year of experience in sales Capability to self learn with attitude for Life Long Learning as well motivating the team to excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously Experience in a sales role within the real estate industry will be a plus.
