Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations including but not limited to onboarding, pre-joining activities, confirmation processes, separations, medical benefits administration, benefits management, dashboard maintenance, HR employee master maintenance, and providing support on compensation and benchmarking. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR processes and systems. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end HR operations processes including onboarding, pre-joining activities, confirmation, and separations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the HR operations cycle. Continuously review and optimize HR operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Medical Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of medical benefits including negotiations, enrollment, changes, and terminations. Liaise with external vendors and insurance providers to ensure smooth administration of medical benefits. Resolve employee queries related to medical benefits in a timely and efficient manner. Benefits Management: Manage employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely communication to employees. Review and update benefits offerings based on organizational needs and market trends. Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of benefits data. Employee data and Dashboard: Develop and maintain HR dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics and trends. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to HR leadership. Maintain the HR employee master data accurately and ensure data integrity. Coordinate with relevant teams to update employee records as necessary and in compliance with data privacy regulations. Qualifications and Work Experience: Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (10+ years) in HR operations management, preferably in a managerial role (5+ years). In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices, particularly in the areas of onboarding, separations, benefits administration, and compensation management. Strong understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Experience with dashboard creation tools is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
