Job Title : Immigration Chat Support Notice Period : Early Joiners Job Location : Bangalore, India, IN Responsibilities : Experience in chat support. Provide email and Omni-Channel chat support for US Immigration queries from applicants/foreign nationals. Demonstrate proficient knowledge of US Immigration policies and procedures. Utilize strong written communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Possess a high typing speed to maintain prompt response times. Analyze client inquiries critically and identify suitable responses from a pre-defined directory. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate manager for resolution. Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions. Have a high level of customer support capabilities including a high level of patience, attentiveness, courtesy, maturity, humility and helpfulness. General Requirements : Graduate with excellent English communication skills. Willingness to learn US Immigration policies and procedures. Prior experience in Immigration/chat support is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours. Maintain professionalism and empathy in client interactions. Adaptability to handle varying workload demands. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Commitment to upholding confidentiality and data security standards.
