Supervise all social media and digital marketing operations, ensuring alignment with the institution’s goals. Manage the college’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) by providing content direction and approvals. Optimize SEO & SEM strategies in collaboration with the agency to improve online visibility. Monitor analytics and campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Work closely with the admissions team to support student recruitment efforts through targeted campaigns. Public Relations (PR): - Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage. - Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and newsletters to highlight key achievements, events, and initiatives. - Develop a strong crisis communication plan to handle PR challenges effectively. - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and communications. Communication & Branding: - Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across digital and print materials. - Collaborate with faculty, students, and alumni to showcase success stories. - Oversee the development of website content, blogs, and internal newsletters. - Organize and promote college events, webinars, and workshops to drive engagement. Key Requirements: Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) – must be able to craft compelling narratives and represent the college professionally. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and PR strategies. Prior experience in managing marketing agencies or external vendors. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms. Experience with content creation, video editing, and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus. A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
